Day 1: Guatemala City
Arrival at the Guatemala City airport. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Guatemala City .
Day 2: Guatemala City Antigua
Transfer to Antigua , the earlier colonial capital of Central America ,founded in 1543. We will visit the Main Square , the Cathedral and other buildings and colonial spots. Overnight.
Day 3: Antigua Chichi Lake Atitlan - Guatemala
Departure to the highlands to visit Chichi. Tour through the open-air market (only Thursdays & Sundays), where colourful handicrafts of the region are for sale. Enter the 400-year-old church of Santo Tomás , where catholic and pagan rites take place in a mystical atmosphere. We continue to Lake Atitlan , Panajachel and Guatemala city . Overnight in Guatemala .
Day 4: Ciudad de Guatemala - Copán/Honduras.
Drive through the Motagua valley towards Honduras . En route we will pass through the states of El Progreso and Zacapa in Guatemala . The villages Almolonga and Zunil are known for their colourful vegetable and flower markets. After customs formalities transfer to Copán Overnight
Day 5: Archaeological Park of Copán
Today we visit the legendary Archaeological Park of Copán. Enjoy the impressive 63-step stairway with over 2,500 hieroglyphs and masterfully carved Stella. In the afternoon we will visit Las Sepulturas, a residential and burial site of the Mayan nobles. Overnight in Copán.
Day 6: Copán Lake Yojoa
Transfer to the Yojoa Lake . It´s birdwatchers paradise! About 400 of the 700 species registered in Honduras can be found around this lake. We visit the impressive Pulhapanzak Waterfall before reaching our hotel at the lake.
Day 7: Lake Yojoa Tegucigalpa
After breakfast transfer to Tegucigalpa , driving through some of the most fascinating landscapes in Honduras . On the way we will visit Comayagua with its colonial heritage. Overnight in Tegucigalpa .
Day 8: Tegucigalpa Valle de Angeles
Before we will visit the Valle de Angeles, where we visit the famous National Handicraft Centre, we tour the Honduran captial. We return in the late afternoon. Overnight in Tegucigalpa .
Day 9: Tegucigalpa León
We cross the border to Nicaragua . After an interesting drive we reach León in the afternoon. Overnight in León.
Day 10: León Managua
We tour León, the ancient capital of Nicaragua and then continue our way to the current capital, Managua . Overnight.
Day 11: Masaya Volcano Granada
City tour in Granada visiting the colonial buildings. In the afternoon we go on to the national park of Vulcano Masaya . The panoramic view is breathtaking. Overnight in Granada .
Day 12: Granada Island Ometepe
After breakfast boat transfer to Ometepe Island . Ometepe is an incredible island located inside the lake of Nicaragua . It is formed by two volcanos - Concepcion and Maderas. The Concepcion is a dormant volcano and the Maderas is extinct covered by a deep cloud forest. Overnight on Ometepe Island .
Day 13: Ometepe-Rincon de la Vieja, Costa Rica.
Return to the main land and continuation to the Border with Costa Rica . Continue passing the picturesque sites to Liberia and Rincón de la Vieja. Lodging.
Day 14 Montenverde cloud forest biological reserve
Early morning, visit of Rincón de la Vieja, an active Volcano situated at 1.895m. (6.200 feet). It protects the home of innumerable animal species. Visit "Las Pailas" an area with intense volcanic activity with boiling mud pools, steamy cones and sulphur gases. Or in "Azufrales", enjoy small pools with hot springs and also a site with refreshing waterfalls. Departure to Monteverde.

Day 15: Monteverde Parque Nacional
visit of this 10.000 ha. (24.710 acres) Private Reserve, which is always cold and humid thanks to the rain clouds coming from the Caribbean . Exuberant forest area with trees covered with moss and ferns that protect the home of different exotic frogs and the resplendent quetzal (one of the 400 kinds of birds to be found here).

Day 16: Monteverde Nationalpark - Manuel Antonio National park
Transfer to Manuel Antonio National park . Stop at the Carara Transition Forest National Park, a hilly land with a surface of 4.700 hectares (11.615 acres) in a transitional zone between the dry North Pacific and the humid South Coast . Possibility to see: parrots, partridges, toucans, flycatchers, humming birds, howler monkeys, coatis, sloths and armadillos. Continue to Manuel Antonio. Lodging: Hotel Villa Teca or similar
Day 17: Manuel Antonio Nationalpark - Piedras Blancas Nationalpark .

Day 18: Piedras Blancas Nationalpark - Panama City/Panama
Transfer to David city in Panamá. Flight to Panamá city. Arrival at the and transfer to your hotel. Lodging: Hotel Continental or similar
Day 19: Panama City Breakfast.
Depart from your hotel to visit Panama Viejo, the first city founded on the isthmus by the Spanish at the beginning of colonization. The remaining ruins are the vestiges of the city left by Pirate Henry Morgan, who sacked the town in 1671. Visit to the Panama Canal , one of the 20th century's most important engineering feats. At the Miraflores Locks you will also have the opportunity to observe the locks functioning as giant cargo ships are raised and lowered in them just meters in front of you. Then you will view the Canal from the scenic Amador Causeway
Day 20: Pan ama City - Barro Colorado
The adventure begins at 6:30 AM with a car ride through a tropical rainforest to the small town of Gamboa where a boat awaits us. We will cruise along Gatun Lake in the Panama Canal to the “ Gigante Peninsula ” and to the Barro Colorado Natural Monument (BCNM), administered by the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute since 1946 and considered the best-protected and studied tropical rainforest in the world. Return and lodging in Panamá city.
Day 21: Panama City
Transfer Hotel Airport.
